Save the date in your calendar and get ready, the Halton Peel chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association is hosting it’s annual Gluten-Free Shopping Spree on Tuesday, October 23. It is a fabulous event and allows you to pick up all your GF favourites under one roof. We will be there and we’re now taking advance orders. If you would like something specific or would like to place an order so as not to be disappointed by a “sold out” sign, let us know now by emailing us at fromthewildmountain@gmail.com. Orders will be taken until Saturday, October 20.

Date: Tuesday, October 23, from 7-9pm
Location: Galaxy Hall – 475 North Service Road East Oakville
Open to members with an existing Celiac membership and this year, you are permitted to bring one person as your guest to the event.
Admission: $5/person + one guest with your valid CCA membership
Attractions: Us, of course! AND… Monique will be doing a cooking demonstration and making a delicious angel food cake, jelly roll style. We’re going to show you how easy it is and how you can fashion it into so many different shapes for a great looking dessert.
New to the show will be “Smokeville” who will be selling their absolutely amazing smoked salmon products. If you haven’t tried their items, you have to! Trust us when we say they are addictive! Look for Smokeville right beside us at the show. Tell them Monique sent you!!
Can’t make the event but want some great baked items? Don’t worry, visit us every Saturday at the Burlington Mall Farmer’s Market on now until November 3rd.
